Jamie – Professional Headshots

My talented and beautiful friend, Jamie Baird approached me to take some professional headshots for her new website. She is a talented graphic designer and I can speak first hand of her work as she designed many elements of the stationary used in my wedding a few years back. Jamie has an infections smile and great style. She is a ton of fun and has this great sparkle in her eye…she was a little shy in front of the camera but we made it work. Yelp Event – Rat Pack theme at Central Grille!

This post is really late…but better late than never!

Rut Photos was asked recently to be the event photog at a few upcoming elite Yelper events for those die-hard Yelp.com fanatics . What a great event it was. People came to the great new venue of Central Grille decked out in Rat Pack themed style and grace. It was a fun night with great people, amazing food & cocktails as well as some swinging get-ups. Engagement Session – Kameron and Adam, Phoenix Arizona

Kameron and Adam were so much fun on their engagement shoot!! We had a great cloudy day in Phoenix, AZ (not a lot of those around) and went around to the Biltmore Resort, Hermosa Inn and stopped by their house to get a few photos with their funny dogs Rocco and Wrigley. Kameron and Adam are getting married on May 8th in Tucson, Arizona at the Arizona Inn and wanted to send some engagement/save-the-date/holiday cards. We were so pleased to be part of their special day. We had a lot of fun playing with the holiday decorations we found! Cheers and Happy Holidays!

Engagement Session! Shiloh and Lynnea – Tucson, AZ

We had a great engagement session with Shiloh and Lynnea! They wanted to go to some traditional Tucson spots so we trotted around town going to the Lost Barrio, De Grazia Mission and Agua Caliente park. They are very photogenic which will make for some great wedding photos when they get married on May 1, 2009.

Celebration of a Well Lived Life – John Danchertsen

Cathy Danchertsen wanted to celebrate the well lived life of her late husband John in Tucson, Arizona with friends and family who knew and loved him. The day was filled with laughter and stories, friends came from near and far to tell their personal story of how they knew John and how he had touched their lives. I was asked to take some photos to capture the day and the memory of John Danchertsen.

Ithaca, NY – Friends, Family and Cayuga Lake

Recently Rut Photos took a homecoming trip to the green and cloudy hometown of photog Jenna to visit with friends, family and Cayuga Lake. Growing up on a lake is Jenna’s favorite memory of her hippy hometown.
